Plot & Craft Shipping Policy
At Plot & Craft, we take care in crafting each piece so that it’s just right for you. We apply the same thoughtfulness to getting your order safely to your door.
Processing Time
Each item is handmade with care, and we strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days after they are placed. For custom or made-to-order items, please allow up to 7-10 business days for crafting before shipping. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you know when your piece is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Free of charge, unless stated otherwise during checkout, for specific items. If shipping internationally, rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but rest assured, we’ll work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey from our workshop to your home.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees and additional taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we always aim for smooth deliveries, sometimes things happen outside of our control (weather, shipping carrier delays, etc.). If you experience any issues with your delivery, feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to help.
